Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats

Next to avocado toast, overnight oats is my second choice for a a quick and easy breakfast.  You literally, throw some oats, milk and your choice of add-ins and you have a breakfast the next day.  Double it and you have breakfast for two, triple it and well you get the point. 

Because strawberries are one of my favorite fruits, here is my version of the best strawberries and cream overnight oats.  I hope you enjoy!

Strawberry Cream Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats ( Bob’s Redmill)
  • 1/3 cup Almond, Cashew or Oat milk (Malk)
  • 1/3 cup Coconut or Cashew plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup or Honey
  1. Mix oats, milk, yogurt, seeds, maple syrup and vanilla in a mason jar. Mash half the strawberries and mix them in to the oats. Top with the remainder of the sliced strawberries. Refrigerate overnight.   Can keep in fridge for up to 4 days.
