Chocolate Peppermint Popcorn
A little Christmas twist to liven up your favorite snack.
- 20 cups popped popcorn
- ¼ cup Miyokos vegan cashew butter
- ½ tsp Redmond real Salt
- ¼-½ cup crushed candy canes
- ¼ cup melted Enjoy life vegan chocolate chips
Melt your butter in a saucepan while you pop your popcorn.
Melt your chocolate. while you make your popcorn.
In a large bowl mix your butter, salt and popcorn.
Pour the popcorn onto a parchment lined sheet pan.
Drizzle the chocolate over the popcorn and then sprinkle your crushed peppermint over it.
Refridgerate till chocolate has hardened and serve.
