Dairy-free Alternatives

The effects of dairy can vary from person to person, and I’m certainly not here to preach about  what you should or shouldn’t do, but I’m here to share some clean eating alternatives.

I feel it is important to consume all foods in moderation (except veggies of course) and have a huge variety.

Eating the same foods over and over again can sometimes lead to health problems down the line. 

Dairy is a problem for many people but is hard to give up for most.

Maybe, you are trying to give up dairy and don’t know how.  Maybe you don’t see why you should give up dairy.  Maybe you just want to find ways to reduce dairy.  Whatever your reason(s) are there is no denying the health benefits of reducing or completely going dairy free.

There are many substitutes for dairy making it easier to incorporate into your daily meals. However, many of the dairy-free alternatives are no better for you than dairy itself.  You have to read labels and be informed when it comes to picking out the highest quality ingredients and that can be daunting.
